Appointments:
Please be on time, beauty! No-shows will be charged 100% of the amount owed and will be banned from booking future appointments. Respect the glam, babe!

Late Arrivals:

• 10 minutes late = $20 late fee

• 15 minutes late = $25 late fee

• 15+ minutes late = Appointment canceled (because other dolls are waiting to slay too!)

Cancellations:
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Changes made with late notice = 50% of the service price charged.

• New appointments require a fresh deposit.

Touch-Ups:
You have 48 hours to report any concerns after your appointment. No refunds — just solutions, hunni!

Bare Lashes Only:
Please come with clean, bare lashes if you need a removal. If it wasn’t booked before your appointment, you’ll be rescheduled.
